Spring wood // Blue whale

Wednesday 11 November at 19:00, Vårved is coming to Sprang. The performance is created by three circus artists who explore cooperation, trust and how limited resources can be shared in a shared space.

earlywood has emerged from the collaboration between August Rohde Aass, Simon Malmsten and Simeon Gratini. With a contemporary approach to circus, they investigate the space around them and how they can look after each other when space and resources are limited.

On stage, a playful competition unfolds, characterised by trust and goodwill. Through planks and acrobatics inspired by the circus discipline of the teeterboard, the three performers move through an unpredictable journey.

The performance is produced through the VELT! project by Bærum Kulturhus and Dans Sørøst-Norge in collaboration with Sprang Regional Dance Venue, Nøtterøy Kulturhus and Smia Flerbrukshus. VELT! is supported by Sparebankstiftelsen DNB.
